    Terms & Conditions:

    1. Eligibility: The offer is open to any company wishing to commit to the service on a one-off basis.

    2. Executive approval: Applications must be endorsed and approved by a company executive authorised to enter into this type of agreement.

    3. Confidentiality: The provision of services is subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement between OMC and the participating company. 

    4. Virtual delivery: The full service will be delivered virtually. No physical meetings will occur between OMC and the Client for any portion of the consultancy — including questionnaire completion and presentation of findings.

    5. Questionnaire changes: Any modifications to the standard perception audit questionnaires used across the three surveys to be undertaken must be mutually agreed upon and signed off prior to the start of the project.

    6. Criteria for changes: Such modifications will only be considered if they address performance metrics critical or unique to the Client’s core business.

    7. Methodology integrity: Changes to the underlying methodology will not be permitted.

    8. Reporting: Participating companies will receive detailed written reports consistent with those provided in the full Business Health Check service.

    9. Benchmark usage & copyright: Benchmarking data from this service may be used for future performance comparison, provided OMC is commissioned to conduct future assessments. Unauthorised use of OMC’s proprietary questionnaires or measurement tools constitutes copyright infringement and violates the confidentiality agreement referenced in Clause 3.

    10. Future planning opportunity: The performance reports produced through this free service may serve as a compelling foundation to initiate a Business Planning Facilitation Service project offered by OMC in partnership with BMLS, a strategic partner.
